張紫宸
張紫宸副理在加入以境前，在事務所、營造業工作多年，曾參與桃園國際機場第三航廈專案，擔任結構設計部門工程師。他接受過完整的建築繪圖及法規訓練，具備高效的繪圖技術與法規檢討能力。豐富的現場資歷，使紫宸相較建築系的學院教育，更熟稔結構、土木領域，具全面的視野協調包商、整合施工介面、管控工程進度及品質，避免施工錯誤。
紫宸以自律、嚴謹的工作態度帶領工務團隊，管理工務部門各專案採購發包、預算編列、品質控管、包商溝通協調、內外實務管理，熟稔每案合約中的承攬關係，能與業主與廠商保持良好、通暢的對話，且具備實務經驗能預先判斷可能的介面問題，並在協調會議上取得共識，致力提升與把關每一個工程專案的品質。
Kalel Chang used to work in architectural firm for 3 years, and construction site for another 5 years. After accumulating 8 years of practical experience , he became familiar with the engineering and construction activities. Aside from architectural practice, Kalel has experience of practical to make design drawing more sensible.
He firmly believes in " Error is always happened, but if we can figure it out before construction by reconfirming drawing and related details, we can effectively lower the cost, catch up with schedule, and saving resource at the same time" .
Kalel is responsible for managing the company Construction Department since 2024.
